The Job
A Business Transformation Consultant will play a critically important role in effecting successful business change for global clients. In this role you will take leadership for discrete workstreams and projects within R&D change programmes. You will lead high-performing teams of 3-5 people, drawn from UK and Offshore Delivery Centre's (ODC). You will have direct responsibility for client relationship management, project delivery, and opportunity identification. Working with people from branded consultancies, and highly qualified professionals in the Offshore Delivery Centre, you will be challenged to deliver unprecedented value for clients.
Candidate Requirements
Educational qualifications: A minimum of a 2.1 scientific or technical graduate degree. A second degree, eg MBA, MSc, PhD is an advantage. Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry either through working in the industry. Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity and comfort with business, scientific and clinical data Flexibility and willingness to learn fast and grow professionally.
