The Job
|
Reporting administratively to the Senior Director International Medical & Scientific Affairs, and functionally to the Senior Global Director of Clinical Training and Assessments, the Assessment Specialist will provide Scientific Affairs services to enhance the Company's development and operations activities on a pan-European as well as ROW basis. Support of rater training programs is a major responsibility. You will manage multiple issues concurrently while demonstrating an understanding of the relationship and interdependencies of client projects.

Candidate Requirements
|
* PhD Behavioural Sciences/Psychology * Medical Degree with experience in Psychiatry * Expertise in or ability to gain expertise in assessment methodology * Experience working in a CRO or an investigational site would be advantageous * Demonstrated teaching skills * Excellent planning/organizational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability in managing change * Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
