The Job
The position is required to perform 9 core roles as follows: * Country/EMEA Leadership * People Performance Development * Inpurt into Global Development (pre-registration) plans * Shape Global Lifecycle Management Plans * Disease Area Reference Point * Compliance * Pharmacovigilence * Clinical Trial/Survey Identification & Planning * Clinical Trial/Survey Manager There are also 5 secondary roles. Candidate Requirements
You are: * A Medical doctor with experience in CNS or with a broad medical background You have extensive experience in the following: * Designing and managing clinical trials * Experience in cross-functional teams * Managing risk and compliance * Managing biostatisticians * Writing quality scientific publications and presenting at international congresses * building strong relationships with External Experts * Coaching and mentoring * Managing complex trials across multiple countries
