The Job
|
Due to an internal development opportunity, a vacancy now exists for an experienced industry professional to join a dynamic talented team
The successful candidate will support EMEA marketing with the design and development of editorial content and marketing collateral for internal and external publication in support of all business lines and consulting teams; to manage the Centre of Excellence for branding throughout the region.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
The design and development of a variety of documents including feature articles, product primers, conference reports, white papers, brochures, briefings, and case studies, for hard copy and on-line publication (internet and Intranet). Serving as the central resource for all branding-related activities: providing guidance and direction; ensuring quality and branding adherence across all media, including presentation materials. In this role, liaising with all countries in EMEA and with the global brand owner.

Candidate Requirements
|
SKILLS: Articulate and creative communicator with strong journalistic writing capabilities and persuasive presentation skills. Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment. Maturity and judgment to interpret medical and business issues and formulate into high quality, written communications at the appropriate level for the target audience and across a range of therapeutic areas. Flexible, organised, accurate, clear thinker, used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive, enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint. Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds - international experience an advantage. Desire and potential to broaden skills set into additional areas of relevance, particularly graphic, web, and print design.
BACKGROUND: Seasoned and successful results-oriented corporate Marketing Communications professional with across-the-board skills. A proven track record of experience in developing and writing content for hard copy and online medical/pharmaceutical-related articles and marketing materials (including presentations).
QUALIFICATIONS: First degree in science or communications-related field.
