Background
My client is an established provider of technology focused products aimed at the pharmaceutical industry. They are currently seeking an Operations Director to oversee the UK office.
The Job
You will directly manage several key personnel along with being responsible for the development and implementation of departmental strategies, maximising operating efficiency, profitability, technical expertise and customer satisfaction. For this role you will need strong operational skills, previous Line Management experience with excellent leadership qualities.
