This is a rare and superior opportunity for two talented professionals to join an emerging company and share ─ through shaping its strategic business and technological offerings then leading the introduction of novel products onto the global market ─ in its financial success as it moves towards and past floatation.
Working in close harmony the Commercial and Technical Directors will develop and commercialise the company's existing and pipeline products ─ operating within a niche fertility market ─ whilst conceptualising and bringing new products and services to this growing market.

The Job
|
The Commercial Director will take responsibility for the development and implementation of strategic business and promotional plans. He/she will then lead the application of promotional strategies that will involve setting up and facilitating the implementation of country distributor agreements.
It is envisaged that the person taking on this role will be of the calibre required to take on the COO role prior to floatation in 2008. This is likely to progress to the CEO level approximately 2/3 years later.

Candidate Requirements
|
Candidates sought are those who combine a scientific and business mind-set with strong leadership credentials. You will have broad healthcare commercial experience that should include international exposure and experience of working through country distributor operations.

Additional Information
|
Reporting directly into the Executive Chairman, each position with operate to a high degree of autonomy whilst contributing to the development of the company's team development.
Preferably located in the South East of England, both positions will command an attractive salary that will be enhanced by a performance-related bonus scheme and will benefit, financially, through share schemes once the company undergoes floatation.
