This is a rare and superior opportunity for two talented professionals to join an emerging company and share ─ through shaping its strategic business and technological offerings then leading the introduction of novel products onto the global market ─ in its financial success as it moves towards and past floatation.
Working in close harmony the Commercial and Technical Directors will develop and commercialise the company's existing and pipeline products ─ operating within a niche fertility market ─ whilst conceptualising and bringing new products and services to this growing market.

The Job
|
The Technical Director will take responsibility for the development of current products (already marketed and pipeline) as well as the identification of new products and services to add to the company's portfolio.
It is envisaged that, on merit, the person taking on this role will be considered for the CSO role that will be appointed prior to the projected floatation of the company that is scheduled in 2008. Alternatively a less experienced person with high potential to grow into the job could be considered.

Candidate Requirements
|
For this position we seek PhD calibre individuals who combine a breadth of scientific understanding & interest with competency in managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects. You should have experience of technology and clinical evaluation along with the ability to convert ideas into new product/services offerings. Whilst not essential, awareness of the devices regulatory environment would be an advantage.

Additional Information
|
Reporting directly into the Executive Chairman, each position with operate to a high degree of autonomy whilst contributing to the development of the company's team development.
Preferably located in the South East of England, both positions will command an attractive salary that will be enhanced by a performance-related bonus scheme and will benefit, financially, through share schemes once the company undergoes floatation.
