Background
Advert : Our client is a growing pharmaceutical company, focused on the manufacture and marketing of formulation products and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The role of the alliance manager is to support the out licensing team through a project based approach for alliance management, covering planning and control of new chemical entity out-licensing.
The Job
Role : Project planning with licensing partners Managing project plans and timelines on deliverables. Monitoring progress along commercial milestones Planning and scheduling of projects, coordination and integration of all concerned entities, performance analysis and reporting and ensure adherence to project variables. Facilitating strong relationships with licensing partners Act as interface between internal and external customers
Candidate Requirements
Profile : Around 3 years of experience in project management for pharmaceutical new drug development with a Pharmaceutical or Biotech company Masters or higher degree in life sciences disciplines Pleasing personality, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach High on communication skills with very high proficiency in written and spoken English. Structured and goal oriented High on team working skills Able to work in a multi cultural environment Ability to balance multiple, changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
